Refund policy

We've put a lot of effort into the design of safe and comfortable packaging for the transport compost worms. Our packaging lasts at least ten days in transit.

When your compost worms arrive, please check that they are happy, and if you have any problems please send us an email (admin@cleverorganics.com.au) with some photos, and we'll either replace your worms or refund your order.

After the worms arrive happy and healthy, then it's your responsibility to keep them happy. For help with this, have a look at our FAQ page.
