Shipping policy

All of our products are shipped with Australia Post from Brisbane.

Our packages are designed to last at least ten days in transit. 

We guarantee safe delivery to all locations serviced by Australia Post.

We ship to ALL states and territories of Australia.

We ship on the first business day after the order is received. (Orders received by 11.00am AEST are often shipped on the same business day)  

We ship throughout the year. It doesn't matter what season or what temperature it is.

Each customer will be sent a tracking number which will allow you to see the progress of your parcel.

Shipping times

Standard:

Your parcel will arrive in 2+ business days.

Brisbane and surrounds often arrive next day.

Rural areas are often 3+ business days.

SA, NT and TAS generally 3+ business days.

Express:

Your parcel will arrive in 1+ business day after it has been shipped.


WESTERN AUSTRALIA CUSTOMERS

We ship to Western Australia. There are two options, namely "immediate delivery" or "monthly delivery"

WA Quarantine charge an inspection fee and require modified packaging. Hence we are offering the following delivery options for Western Australia:

  1. If you want your order shipped immediately, the full quarantine inspection fee of $67.50 will be added to the shipping price at checkout; or

  2. If you can wait until the first Monday of any month for us to ship your order, then we can discount the inspection fee, and this will be reflected in the shipping price at checkout.

(Orders placed on the Sunday before any "monthly delivery" date, are effectively getting "immediate delivery" at the discounted price)

General:

You don't need to use Express shipping for the well-being of the worms. Our worms are packed for a long journey and we guarantee safe delivery. (We don't even offer an Express option for QLD, NSW, ACT or VIC)

If you are located in Brisbane or surrounds, parcels are generally delivered the next day after lodgement at the post office.

During the covid lockdowns some orders were extensively delayed, and we received compliments from customers regarding the size of our worms. So we know that our packaging is robust and ironically we probably owe those compliments to Australia Post.
